Bischoff currently operates a range of different supply management and call-off systems for its customers.

All systems are aligned with the customer’s consumption and production requirements and are designed to help reduce or eliminate lead times, while ensuring a cost-effective and well-managed solution at all stages.

In addition, we maintain raw material inventory to ensure we can respond to any unforeseen or unusual demand that may arise. This enables us to respond to emergencies, as we have proven for our customers in the past.

One of the main functions of our new software system is to assist in controlling label supply for our customers, which in turn leads to a more cost-effective and efficient solution for managing and delivering your requirements.

Customers have unrestricted access to System Label’s graphics team, which assists them in designing their labeling requirements.

Bischoff’s graphics department works with a range of software packages, but the primary design package used is CorelDraw. We also work with a number of customer-specific systems for file transfer of print-ready artwork and drawings to expedite the process and enable secure transmission of print-ready files between companies.

We have a complete digital printing system that includes OCE, Roland, TEC, and Encad digital printers for full-color printing in small runs and fast turnaround times. In addition, our CAD plotters enable Bischoff to deliver prototype samples without additional tooling costs, and for small production runs, these costs are eliminated entirely.

Bischoff provides customers with the above-mentioned documentation upon request. Bischoff’s ability to provide this documentation demonstrates that we have developed the design and production process to meet customer requirements and minimize the risk of errors through effective application. Compliance with the high standards set forth in these guidelines ensures that Bischoff’s quality systems operate at the highest level.

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is a global, independent safety science company that develops innovative safety solutions. From public acceptance of electricity to new breakthroughs in sustainability, renewable energy, and nanotechnology, UL is one of several companies authorized by the U.S. federal agency Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to conduct safety testing.

Bischoff holds UL approval under standards PGAA (UL Authorized Label Supplier No. PGAA.LP3363) and PGDQ2 (No. PGDQ2.MH25574), which means our products meet the highest safety and quality standards. We are authorized to print the UL/CSA logo and support our customers in obtaining UL approval for many of the labels, decals, overlays, and membranes we manufacture. If required, we can assist you in submitting the combination you desire for approval. This ensures that your labels have been tested to stringent standards and that they are not the cause of your product failing to meet safety and quality requirements.
